 FOXY DOXYS offers a standard 10 day health guarantee and 2 year congenital/hereditary guarantee on all puppies. The puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within this 10 day time frame. Failure to do so will result in the termination of this entire health guarantee. The puppy must also receive his next due vaccination within 2 days of the stated "due date" that will be provided to you in his health record. The standard 10 day coverage guarantees that the puppy is free of all canine communicable diseases, intestinal parasites, and that the puppy is in good health. If your vet finds this puppy to be in poor health not related to any preventable occuring incident/exposure while in your possession, you are to contact me by phone within 12 hours of the vet visit. I will need the diagnosis information and your vet's name and phone number. I will have my vet contact your vet and upon discussion with my vet, if all is agreeable, I will then provide you with a refund for any necessary treatment that has been provided to the puppy up to the purchase price of the puppy OR you may return the puppy to me for a full refund. Shipping costs will be the buyers responsibility. Health/injury issues due to negligence of any sort once puppy is in your possession is not included in guarantee coverage.

FOXY DOXYS guarantees all puppies for 2 years against any congenital abnormalities and hereditary diseases that are fatal to the dog, or prevent the dog from living a comfortable and normal life. All vet records and statements from your vet must be provided to me. I will have my vet contact yours to confirm diagnosis. Upon treatment of condition you will be refunded the monies up to the cost of the puppy. If you choose not to obtain available treatment, you may return the dog to me for a refund. If the diagnosis assures certain early death with no treatment available, you will be refunded the cost of the dog with the return of the dog not necessary.

FOXY DOXYS will not be responsible for any injuries your puppy incurs once he has been delivered to the airport if he is being transported as such. Your puppy will be insured so please remove him from his crate and examine him immediately upon pickup. FOXY DOXYS will not be responsible for any diseases or parasites your puppy may contact due to lack of follow up vaccinations in a timely manner or negligence on your behalf by exposure to other dogs and possibly contaminated areas before he has finished his entire vaccination schedule. Nor will we be responsible for any reactions to any vaccines. Please be sure to read the "Vaccinations" page.

*Color Dilution Alopecia (CDA) related skin problems regarding dilutes (blues and isabellas) IS NOT covered by this health guarantee.

All puppies sold are sold as a pet. Successful showing/breeding is not guaranteed.

All puppies are current on their vaccinations and wormings prior to purchase. A health record with this information will be provided to you with the date of next due vaccinations. All future vaccinations, wormings and any other preventative care is the buyer's responsibility.

Buyers may return a puppy within 3 days of purchase due to simple change of mind for full refund. Puppy must be in same condition and health it was received in. Shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility.

Costs of shipping, health certificate, and crate are non-refundable in all cases.
